RETURNS (or exchange)
Typically if there is an issue or defect with a product purchased from Friendly Flipper, we will work directly with you to make it right with an exchange, discount or refund when needed. All refund requests must be made within 7 days from delivery of your products. Any other reasons for return or exchange are handled on a case by case basis. We cannot accept items back due to non product related reasons such as change of heart or if another similar product coming out in the market right after you purchase.
